I realize the central role the dinner table plays in a family's everyday life. The dinner table is the home base, the check-in, and check-out, but most importantly the kitchen table is a place where the family comes together and creates new memories. It's the sharing of stories, relaxing,and enjoyment of a home-cooked meal that can help keep a family strong.

I am offering people a chance to stay home, slow down,and get reacquainted with each other over special meals that may have become a burden to cook in this busy world.

I believe in the atmosphere created by great food,loving company, and peace of mind.

As a Personal Chef, it is my goal to enrich people's lives through the following methods:

* Planning conscientious menus based on the foods you love, while considering any special needs and medical concerns

* Combining my awareness of whole-foods dynamics, training as a natural foods chef, and passion for all kinds of food into something for everybody, and beneficial for all.

* Leaving the family nothing but to heat and eat. I will shop, cook, and clean up for them, leaving more time to create the memories still to come.

* Filling the house with the welcoming aroma of care,attention, and thought put into each dish; making it smell like "home".
